"Put on JNA… close your eyes, and you might feel you’ve been transported back to the era of hypnotically blissful ‘70s".
JNA has always been passionate about music, playing instruments and encouraged by her mother, but it wasn’t until high school that she became part of a big vocal ensemble and contributed to a big performance at the end of the year. She was the kind of young lady who would listen to John Coltrane and Duke Ellington’s “In A Sentimental Mood” in order to chill out or escape her troubles. “Music has helped me get through some very dark times,” she says.
"“An instant classic of the timeless techno-R&B genre, the debut has all the blissful beats and sonorous synths of born-in-the-70s gems from Chic, Donna Summer, and Diana Ross, but warmed by the unique glow of JNA’s powerfully-in-control vocals.”

Fresh off her debut, “I Have Good Taste But For Some Reason I Like You” which was entirely written and co-produced by JNA herself. She got busy with her follow up album W.W.B.D.?” JNA worked with superstar producer Narada Walden to help compose “Stars Are On Our Side” and “Glitter Rain”. These two songs were are composed and produced by Narada Walden and written by JNA. Narada has produced and worked with Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin, Elton John, Diana Ross, and many more!
But as beautiful as the overall audio sheen is, there is real heart beneath the shimmering club sounds. “I wanted to create something to dance to but when I would go to write, lyrics about past relationships came pouring out,” JNA admits.
Key track ‘Glitter Rain’ which was mastered with well known 80’s disco and pop producer David Frazer. He’s mastered works for Phyllis Hyman, Lionel Ritchie, and Sheena Easton but the list goes on!”
